Sydney Golden

Born and raised in New York City, Sydney turned a love of Dance and Theater into a life of Fitness and Strength. Certified NASM - PT with training in TRX and Kettlebell. I work out to feel strong and powerful.

Pursuing her passion for performing and theater, Sydney went on to complete a BFA in Stage Management from Tulane University in New Orleans and a Minor in Dance. After moving back to NYC, she worked on Broadway’s most recent revival of “Fiddler on the Roof” and the new musical “American Psycho.” She is an Equity member, and continues to freelance on numerous Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.

All Level - From brand new to the most advanced, push yourself to new places. Built on your strength with a range of high intensity and low intensity exercises. Low and High Impact options are always given allowing the individual to work at their own level in a group setting.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Bodyweight - Focus on high intensity, full body moves. Working varied intervals and sets, continuously mixing it up and never settling. Push yourself to a new level of extreme strength training. Just you and a mat. The sky’s the limit.

Strength Bodyweight - Build strength through time under tension moves, working with the clock to fatigue your muscles from head to toe. Short cardio bursts to keep your heart rate up and sweat dripping.

Low Impact -Non-jumping strength exercises, easy on your joints, bodyweight class. Work at your own pace through each moment. Focusing on time under tension vs speed.

HIIT Weights - Functional fitness style class, mixing heavy weight and body weight movement to get your heart rate up and keep it up for a full 60 min sweat session.

Strength Weights - Work on body positioning and strength with Medium to Heavy weights. Rotating focus on Upper and Lower body.

All classes are 60 min long including a dynamic warm up and stretch.
